YUZU 101

WHAT’S YUZU?

Yuzu is Japan’s most prized citrus, a fragrant, golden fruit with bright acidity and intense aroma.

It’s been part of Japanese daily life for generations: hot spring bathing rituals, Autumnal festivals, Michelin cooking, an ice cold drink with your meal

At YUZAURA, it’s bright, clean refreshment you can feel good about.

YUZU REGIONS OF JAPAN

The cultivation of Yuzu has been passed down through generations of farmers in the mountain valleys of Japan.

YUZAURA sources from Kochi, a small island peninsula off the southern coast of Japan and the benchmark for Yuzu quality, prized for aroma and rounded balance.

Beyond Kochi, Yuzu is grown across other regions of Japan too - Tokushima, the Kyoto/Kansai area, Southern Kyushu - each with its own character, climate, and flavour signature.

Each region brings something different to the cup. We're exploring them all, one harvest at a time.

WHY MAKE IT PART OF YOUR DAILY RITUAL?

Yuzu isn’t just a drink - it’s a ritual that refreshes and brightens.
